- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 2:30. I showed up 20 minutes early due to the fact I was a new patient and needed to fill out paper work. When I tried to check-in for my appointment, they informed me that I was not scheduled for that day. After some digging around, they found that my appointment had been moved to the next day at 3:00. They never called to tell me this, otherwise I wouldn't have even shown up that day. They offered for me to wait around for 45 min - 1hour to POSSIBLY get a chance to see the doctor, or I could just come back the next day taking yet ANOTHER afternoon off work. Every Integris affiliated facility has been mediocre at best, and this place is no different. Terrible office management, and lackluster employees. If you can go somewhere else, do it and save yourself the headache.June 24, 2017by WA E
