  I have been going there for about a year. I met the Dr once, he was a nice guy and seemed to care. Had a different perspective then any other Diabetes Dr. I have been to. The PA is who I normally see. He is really funny, kinda always nervous lol. But I like him. His staff seems friendly enough. They just moved, the new office is not nice. Its dark, and seems dirty. Overall, if you don't need to talk to anyone, then go. However, they will not answer the phones, they will not return calls and that is enough for me to be looking for a new Dr. You cant schedule an appointment unless you walk in, you cant change an appointment unless you walk in, you cant pay your bill unless you walk in. In the year I have been going, not once have they answered the phone and only after posting to their facebook page would they respond. In my opinion, they should not even have an answering machine. The phones should be answered. Service like this will only cater to the older generations. My guess is the patient base it going to be 55+ Its a shame to because they are a good group but they will continue pushing the younger generations out until they can learn to answer the phone.
