- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife has had 3 visits with her PCP and it all started with a cyst being removed...took 3 stitches, it got infected, Call PCP to go back om, they couldn't so I took her to Integris Baptist and Dr cut middle stitch to drain an follow up with PCP... She cut a bigger chunk out on Friday then have her 12 stitches. She returned today for a follow up and she removed the stitches and said a surgeon would be there. There was no surgeon, only rude staff that acted like we are beneath them. We have good insurance. All the did was flush out a 5×3 Inch wound without a local or anything. She was screaming in pain. The nurse made the comment " it's not like there's an organ hanging out!" I called the surgeon she suggested and Dr Bass suggested and he's not interested. Worst experience ever!!!
