- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've never had any problems with my policy until I switched to this location. They told me the car I added to the policy in November 2016 didn't get insured until June 2017. They had me believing that I had insurance on both of my vehicles. They also made huge changes to my policy without consulting me. When I brought it to their attention they kept giving me the run away. They kept telling me that the portion that I paid for their mess up would get credited back. But kept telling me I would have to pay the new balance in order to get it. STATE FARM IS GREAT. BUT NOT THIS LOCATIONAugust 17, 2017by Jalen Gilbert
